All double rooms £99 per room and all superior rooms £119 per room per night, inclusive of full Scottish breakfast.

Room rates are inclusive of Scottish breakfast and VAT (Tax) at 17.5%, and are based on two people sharing, unless stated.

Room rates are inclusive of Scottish breakfast and a 3 course dinner in our sister hotels restaurant, Skerries at Dunstane House and VAT (Tax) at 17.5%, and are based on two people sharing, unless stated.

Family Rooms are available on request, some have fold out sofa chair beds. Travel Cots and Highchairs available also on request.
Terms & Conditions Payment for Hotel Reservations: All reservations must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. We will require the first nights accommodation as a deposit in advance and is non-refundable. We currently accept most major credit cards. Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your arrival day. Most of the time there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at the weekend.
