Roast Loin of Monkfish wrapped in parman ham, set on a bed of roasted peppers and drizzled with an elderflower oil
Orkney King Scallops served with a black pudding mash and cointreau cream
Rack of Orkney Lamb served with a white bean, garlic puree and a rich rosemary scented merlot sauce
Supreme Breast of Chicken stuffed with Grimbister Farmhouse cheese and a smoked bacon and honey sauce
Gressingham Duck Breast (served pink) with red onion and thyme marmalade, oriental Sichuan Sauce & sesame oil dressing
