Christmas & New Year Breaks Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply once a booking has been made:
• Payment of the total first night's stay is required as a deposit to confirm all reservations
• The balance must be paid in full by the 1st December 2008 for Christmas and New Year bookings
• In the event of cancellation after 1st December 2008, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance will be charged if we are unable to re-sell the room.
• In the unlikely event that the hotel has to cancel an event, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given.
• The hotel reserves the right to alter, amend or change any of the content, menus or prices featured, should circumstances dictate.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
